The PC/MAC link requires Silverlight to be installed on your computer. You can download the latest silverlight at http://www.silverlight.net/downloads/. Please click on the Silverlight runtime.
The PC Only version requires Windows Media Player and the G2M codec. Click Here to get the codec.
