are special instructions and answers to the most common questions asked by attendees. Below gives vital information on how to recieve your special code to gain access to the Webinar or any issues that could arise.

You MUST use the exact same email address that you used when you signed up or else we cannot find you to send your access code to gain entrance.

How do I sign up?

A: Simply click on the Webinar Schedule on the navigation bar above Phil's picture. This will lead to our registration page and Webinar details.

How do I receive my confirmation that I have paid for my Webinar?

A: Once you have signed up and paid your fee, you will recieve a confirmation from the credit card gateway company.  Hold on to this as this email is your PROOF of payment!

Who sends me my access code for entrance?

A: JR will email you on the Friday evening prior to this Webinar your access code and how to gain access.

I paid my fee and have not recieved my access code email from JR, how come and what do I do now?

A: If you paid your fee and recieved a confirmation from the credit card gateway company you have more than likly used a different email address to sign up with. (rats!) Or your email has thrown JR's email into your JUNK or SPAM folder, PLEASE CHECK this first before you contact JR. If it's not in there than Simply send JR an email and attach your emailed reciept for proof of payment along with your correct email address to JR@philsgang.com

Please do not sign up with a separate email address as this is a huge time killer for us trying to prepar for your Webinar! (thanks :o)

It is now after 10:00 PM on the Friday night before the Webinar and I still have not recieved my access email from JR so what do I do now?

 A: Send an email to JR@philsgang.com or Steve@philsgang.com and you will recieve a new confirmation and access email.
