This is Rocky...our sponsored Southeastern Guide Dog puppy. He was born July 20, 2003. We visited the facility where Rocky was born and took these adorable pictures. Rocky is about to be moved from the Southeastern Guide Dog facility to his new home with a trainer where he will be for 2 years. He will be assigned to his permanent home. It takes 2 years and $25,000., to prepare these puppies to be guide dogs. We will be receiving pictures and updates about Rocky as he grows up and learns to be the 'eyes' for a lucky person.
Please visit the Southeastern Guide Dog web site to learn more about their program and/or to make a donation. http://www.guidedogs.org
Thank you Gang Members for your support!

This is our updated picture of Rocky (9/22/05). He is now 2 years old and has been trained as a Guide Dog. He has left his trainer and is waiting to be placed with his new owner.
