People call and email us often with great questions about Phil's Gang. We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions and added informative answers. 1. How am I billed?
You are billed automatically each month on the same date as when you first signed up. For example if you sign up on the 15th of the month then you will be billed each month on the 15th.
2. How do I cancel my service?
a. To cancel you MUST send an EMAIL to Steve@philsgang.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
b. PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO CANCEL
This is for your protection as you cannot prove a phone call request. We will confirm your cancellation with a emailed reply. Please allow 48 hours for processing. We will make sure that you are not billed for the next month and you will still have access to the website until the final day of service.

3. Why does the audio skip or not play at all?
You may click on the link for it to download. If you run into problems with this method, right click on the link and select 'save target as'. Save the file to your desktop. Open your media player and open the file from your desktop.
4. Log in problems?
The website is case sensitive so make sure you are entering your user name and password exactly as you did when you first signed up and NO CAPS and No Spaces! If you are still having trouble or would like to change your user name or password email Steve@philsgang.com
5. How come I can't get logged into the site?
It is very probable that your credit card has an expired expiration date or your card's usage has declined for over the maximum amount allowed. So check your email messages as your credit card company as well as our Gateway/LinkPoint (our card processing system) has sent you a warning message to inform you of pending shut down.

If you allow your card to expire, then you and only you must resign back up again. You will lose your original user id and password if you allow this to happen. Steve, Mary or any of our staff cannot re-sign you back up anymore. Why Not? Because we have no way to track your acccount. (sorry)
Please note we have no control over an automated shut down of your membership or Phil's X-Series software usage. So please in order to not have your access interrupted, contact Steve@philsgang.com and send along your phone number and he will contact you regarding your new account number and expiration date. 6. How do I listen to Phil's show through the Internet?
Go to the Homepage and click on Phil's 3:00 to 4:00 LIVE Radio Show. If you are having trouble with the streaming audio make sure that you have the newest version of Windows Media Player. You can go to the Windows site and upgrade for free. If you still have problems and are using Internet Explorer try upgrading your explorer.
7. How do I log into Phil's morning trading session?
First log in to your member log in located at the top of the site in the dark red area navigational bar. Next you will be directed to the "Alerts and E-Picks page.
Scroll down until you see the little camera man 
next, click on the little camera man and you'll be directed to the link called
Click here for the Audio Only stream.
then after you have registered to enter the webinar room, you will have a program downloaded onto your hard drive. PLEASE NOTE** (this must take place in order for you to hear and see what Phil is going with his charting,) You will then be able to enjoy Phil's trading sessions "Live".
8. What do I get from my monthly membership?
Each day Phil will give you valuable tools and information so you can be your own money manager. He will walk you through the steps of recognizing the money flow into and out of a stock. You will learn to read charts and recognize the "W" formation and what it means to you.
Trade with Phil each morning from 9:30 to 11:00 Monday through Friday. Watch and listen to Phil trade and see how & why he makes his trades. See why Phil will buy long and why he will sell a stock short. He shows you the money flow in and out of the market. Not to mention Phil will teach you his "25 Share Power Plan" and you too can learn just how easy trading your own stocks are. So don't listen to all that Wall Street hype and JOIN THE GANG!
Receive your Alerts via the RSS feed reader from Phil through out the day. He will give details as to why the market is doing certain things during the trading day as well as detailed instruction of the charts and their patterns. There is also support available for any questions you may have.
